Canadian Living in Tijuana Caught with 4 million Child Sexual Assault Images

Arthur Lelland Sayler, living in Tijuana, Mexico, was arrested and charged in Mexican court last week after police raided his home and found 15 hard drives containing four million images and videos of children being sexually abused.  According to the Gazette, there is evidence to suspect that the materials are part of an international child pornography ring that was operating in Canada, the United States and Mexico, authorities said.

According to XETV San Diego 6 News Mexican authorities consider Sayler one of the most dangerous pedophiles in the world. He traveled to San Diego daily, repairing computers.  Sayler has lived in his beachfront Tijuana home for 20 years, and neighbors are concerned.  Neighbour Filiberto Gomez told reporters. “We worry for the children around here, because there are a lot of kids around here.”

Sayler will be transferred to a Mexico City high security prison. If he is convicted in Mexico, he faces life in prison.
