Minister Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Distribution
September 2, 2009Gary L. Kendall Jr., 42, who was minister of the Bridge Street Church of Christ in Chillicothe, Ohio, has pled guilty in federal court of distributing images of children being sexually abused. He gave password access to a FBI cyber-crimes task force undercover agent to his cache of assault images, which led to his arrest.
He faces between 5 and 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 according to the Columbus Dispatch.
