Houston ICAC Sending Convicted Sex Offender Back To Prison For Child Pornography!

According to authorities, convicted sex offender Agustin Figueroa, Jr., of Angleton, TX, 52, will be returning to prison after pleading guilty to one count of possessing child pornography in May, 2011.

In a plea agreement, Figueroa admitted that he possessed nearly 21,000 images of child sexual abuse, including both stills and video. The images portrayed children engaging in sexual acts with animals, children in acts of bondage, children under the age of 12 engaged in sexual acts with adults and images of children 1 to 3 years of age, according to authorities.

Additionally, during a search of Figueroa’s home involving the United States Secret Service and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, agents found “ebooks” discussing incest and bestiality.

Figueroa was previously convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in 1996.
