Victim serving work takes an emotional toll because exposure to child exploitation materials, traumatic events, and victim stories is a requirement of many law enforcement, first-responder, and health and human service professions. Vicarious trauma can be catastrophic to many professionals resulting in depression, burn-out, and sometimes suicide.

Our belief is that when we support the ones doing the arduous jobs of protecting and saving children, we also help to save more children.

Psycho-educational programs are crucial in helping exposed individuals learn how to recognize vicarious trauma and cope with problems before they become severe or permanent.

Our goal is to provide FREE mental health and wellness training focusing on vicarious trauma mitigation because when we support the heroes, they can save more children, and our communities are stronger when heroes stay in their jobs.

Losing any professional to burn-out, depression, substance abuse and suicide is unnecessary, tragic, and preventable.
